Return/Refund Policy


We here at Tire Agent hold our customers satisfaction in the highest regard. If you need to return your order we will be happy to help. Please reach out to us via email at support@tireagent.com or call us at (833) 847-3463 and one of our customer service specialists will assist you.


Return for Refund or Exchange


All returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Only unused tires that have not been mounted on a rim and/or driven on will be eligible for return. To qualify for a return, the tires purchased must be returned in their original condition including manufacturer stickers when possible. Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping on tires that match the original order. If you need to return tires due to an error by Tire Agent, we will cover the cost of shipping.


Shipping Damages Claim


If the tires received are damaged or incorrect, please contact Tire Agent customer support at (833) 847-3463. We will report the damage to the shipper and arrange for a replacement or exchange of the damaged or incorrect tire. In the event you receive damaged or incorrect tires you must keep the tires in its original condition and packaging with the original label (if arrived with labels). A full refund will be issued or exchanged tires shipped at no additional cost to the customer.


Manufacturer Warranty Claims


Merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer’s warranty for those that qualify. Other than applicable manufacturer’s warranties, there are no warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Tire Agent is happy to facilitate the manufacturer warranty process for all of our customers. Customers will be responsible for shipping tires in the original order back to our warehouse. Not all tire claims are guaranteed a refund. Tire claims are inspected on a case-by-case basis directly by the manufacturer to ensure the claim fits with the manufacturer’s guidelines of coverage. Sometimes the manufacturer also provides a treadlife warranty and mileage rating. Please be aware that not all tires hold a mileage warranty from the manufacturer. Different tire models, even from the same manufacturer, may or may not come with a treadlife warranty.


Returns Check List


When returning tires please have the following items available so our customer service specialist can assist you in processing your return:


  • Order number

  • Full name, phone number and email address

  • Number of tires being returned

  • Pick up address for return tires


Please note that our customer service specialists will be able to assist you in creating a return label and arrange for pick-up. Any costs associated with the return is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by Tire Agent.


Mobile Installation


A customer is eligible for a full refund on any installation service that is not completed by the local installer (e.g. local installer does not show up for an appointment and does not communicate with the customer). Refunds will be issued by Tire Agent directly and will be remitted on the credit or debit card used at the time of purchase. Any installation issue will be fully investigated by the Tire Agent team. Please note: A customer is not eligible for a refund if an installation cannot occur when the installer arrives to the designated location due to lack of cooperation and/or communication by the customer or the customer’s vehicle is in a position where the job cannot be completed. It will be up to the installer and the customer to reschedule the job and an additional service fee may occur at the discretion of the installer.
